[Gallery of Student Work]
Welcome to my gallery of student work, a revolving exhibition of some of my favourite works by developing artists I've taught. They number 800 so far, which means I've so many exceptional works to showcase this site can't possibly do justice to them all at once. Come back again soon for another selection - once you've enjoyed these gallery pages, of course!

The gallery now features work done by students with whom I worked as an Artist in Education for the Ontario Arts Council. Here, you'll find a selection of two-dimensional collages on paper and canvas and three-dimensional collages on paper maché sculptures.

[Two-dimensional collages]
Under the umbrella of my "Working From The Family" project, students have created visual works on all kinds of themes, choosing one they're passionate about:

  [Three-dimensional collages]
While most "Working From The Family" implementations involve 2-D collage on paper or stretched canvas, for some advanced students I adapt the project to include a third dimension. Students use clay to model an object in relief -- a mask or personal talisman -- which they cast in paper maché and then decorate using collage techniques.
