"My art is about flowers because when I was at my aunt's house when my aunt got the phone call about my uncle dying, I was in the backyard picking flowers because I like flowers and so did my uncle."

I particularly enjoy her skillful representation of the lion, as well as her lyrical use of line to unite the elements of her composition.
